North Coast Coffee is a family-run independent company based in the Scottish Highlands. We offer sales, service, repair and installation of espresso machines and equipment, covering Northern Scotland and Highlands and Islands. Our trained engineers offer a first-class, reliable and cost-effective reactive service while keeping downtime minimal. We are Distributors for Conti Espresso, Victoria Arduino, Bestir and Nuova Simonelli.
The Journey
Twelve years ago, Lisa crossed paths with Dave, a service engineer, while she was working as a bank clerk.

Lisa's journey in the catering industry began at the age of 16, leading her to pursue an HNC in Hospitality at 23. Throughout the years, she held various roles within the sector, gaining invaluable experience.
Meanwhile, Dave amassed over 12 years of experience as a catering maintenance engineer across Scotland.

In 2019, Dave embarked on a journey of self-employment, driven by his desire to offer personalized services to local businesses, anchored in integrity and equity. By 2022, the majority of service calls were for coffee machines, prompting Lisa to join forces with Dave and establish North Coast Coffee. Initially focused on maintenance services, the venture gradually expanded to include machine and equipment distribution, wholesale coffee, and even the roasting of specialty blends. Their entrepreneurial spirit led them to refurbish horseboxes into coffee trailers, catering to events and gatherings.
Their journey is marked by a commitment to continuous learning, evolution, and expansion.
